About MTTR

We all face different challenges, but we share the desire to have excellent health and maximize our life experience. Regardless of your goals, challenges, or location, most of us share a simple wish: to be happy, healthy, and make the most of each day. Whether your goal is to improve overall health, sleep better, be more present, increase focus, boost fitness, or maintain an already incredible life, we can relate.

For nearly 20 years, one of our founders has been on a mission to optimize his cognition, fitness, and biology. After spending just over a million dollars on supplements, biohacking techniques, devices, and coaches, we’ve gained valuable insights and amassed a unique dataset.

That’s why we created MTTR. Through this journey, we realized that not all supplements or nutritional products deliver what customers truly need. So, we developed a simple set of principles we refuse to compromise on:

  1. Profits follow results. If a product doesn’t deliver what our customers want, it’s not worth selling.
  2. Treat customers and employees like family. We may never meet you in person, but if we do, we’ll greet you like an old friend.
  3. We use our own products. When we started MTTR, our first goal was to replace every supplement in our own pantry with better versions—products that deliver real results, offer superior quality, and make us proud to put our name on them.
  4. Price = access. We relentlessly optimize our business to keep prices low so more people can benefit from our products every day.

Our journey taught us that happiness, wellness, fitness, and living our best life start with balanced physiology. We use this principle as our foundation for developing and bringing new products to market. Here’s a sample of the factors we focus on:

  • Nutrient Absorption: How the body takes in and uses vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
  • Metabolic Pathways: The biochemical routes through which substances are broken down and utilized for energy, recovery, and growth.
  • Muscle Function: How supplements affect muscle physiology—including contraction, recovery, and growth.
  • Energy Production: The processes involved in generating energy at the cellular level (e.g., ATP production in mitochondria) and how supplements can enhance these mechanisms.
  • Hormonal Balance: How supplements influence the endocrine system and the balance of hormones that regulate metabolism, growth, and mood.

Our brand, products, and content reflect these learnings. Our founders share the same fundamental objectives as most of you: be happy, maximize life, and be there for family and friends.
